The Horizontal pressure Leaf Filter consists of a jacketed Horizontal Cylindrical vesselwith special bayonet wedged lock closure & Silicon seal. The retractable filter shell hasmounted on four external wheel assemblies to move the shell forward/reverse using thehydraulic cylinder mounted in the bottom of the shell. All the process nozzles aremounted on fixed dish and there is no need to disconnect any piping during retraction ofthe shell during the cleaning purpose.To open & close wedge lock; filter designed with 2 Nos. powerful hydraulic cylinders,which are connected with hydraulic power pack using high pressure braided rubberhoses. 5 ply filter leaves construction in SS 316 / SS 316L with bottom drain nozzles aremounted on central outlet manifold & clamped with common shaft on top for fixing leafs.Once the filtration has completed, the filter will be drained & cake will be removedmanually by scrapping after retraction of shell.
