Product Details:

Double Drum Dryer consists of two cylindrical counter rotating drums with the help of drive arrangement. The drums are rotated continuouslyby helical gear driven by a pinion gear mounted with the geared motor.Drums are heated internally by Electrically band heaters/steam/thermic fluid. And condensatewill be discharged with the help of siphon pipe provided with the rotaryjoints.The speed of the drum will be adjusted by a variable frequency drive (VFD)to adopt the speed to any variation in the feed quality. Product to be driedis feed between nib of two drums with help of hopper provided on top ofthe canopy. The rotation of the drum can be adjusted so that all of theliquid is fully vaporized and a dried deposit can be scrapped off in the formof flakes, granules or powder depending on nature of the dried productwith the help of scrapper.The thickness of the product film may be varied by adjustment of the gapbetween the rotating drums. The scrapper assembly has manual screwarrangement for blade retraction forward & reverse. The dried productwill be collected through the hopper provided on both sides of drum.
